One of my goals is to provide a product that rarely, if ever, causes any errors or other problems. Unfortunately everything built by human beings is subject to error, so I've provided this area of the site to try to minimize downtime and create good will.

Please make every effort to resolve your support issue using the available resources on this page or in the FAQ or Troubleshooting section of any online help guide provided with the software product before contacting Thinkzo Systems for support. As an independent consultant, and as only one person, my workload varies and I can only do so much in one workday. I put a significant amount of effort into trying to provide information to help you solve your own problem without having to involve me in the matter, and I expect anyone with a problem to likewise put forth some effort to try to resolve their problem by using the resources I've made available here.
